The Safeguarding committee is a sub-committee of Berlin Intergroup. It aims to offer advice and resources to groups and individuals. The Chair of the committee is an officer of Berlin Intergroup and reports on our activities every quarter.
Our purpose is:
- to offer support and guidance around safeguarding issues to groups based on the AA Traditions and literature
- to share collective experience around safeguarding issues
- to inform the Berlin fellowship about the latest safeguarding advice from other parts of our service structure
