Service Positions

Intergroup Treasurer

In order to provide sufficient time for handing over responsibilities of the Intergroup Treasurer, including setting up access to the bank account, we will be voting in a new Treasurer on January 11th 2020 with a view to starting in position in April 2020.

In order to be Treasurer, you must have a minimum of two years of sobriety, and not have been declared bankrupt or otherwise be in severe financial difficulty.

Intergroup Chips Co-ordinator

We require an Intergroup Chips Co-ordinator to purchase and distribute sobriety chips for the Berlin Intergroup.

We will vote on this role at the next Intergroup meeting on 13th October 2019.

Intergroup Telephone Liaison Officer

The Berlin Intergroup currently runs an answering machine service that provides telephone numbers for AAs in the area who can be contacted for support. We wish to review this service, and the first responsibility of the Intergroup Telephone Liaison Officer would be to convene a committee to undertake this review.

We will vote on this role at the next Intergroup meeting on 13th October 2019.

You can find more information on the service positions at Intergroup level in the handbook of The Services of AA in Great Britain. As an English speaking Intergroup, we are part of the Continental European Region of AA Great Britain.
