You can use the U7 to Rathaus Neukölln. Please do not enter through the main Arcaden entrance but instead use the Post Office side entrance on Karl-Marx-Straße. From there take the elevator up to the 5th parkdeck floor. Walk left from the elevator to find the entrance to the terrace. The meeting takes place at the top of the entry ramp, the exact location to be determined. Don’t hesitate to call Roberto if you have trouble finding it.
